Morzine is situated between Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva, in the middle of the Portes du Soleil area. Despite it's growing popularity, the village has retained it's Savoyard charm, with traditional wooden chalets with slate roofs and stone foundations.
The terrain around Morzine is best suited to beginners and less experienced skiers, which is why it has become so popular with familes. However it's location allows more experienced skiers easy access to the surrounding areas.
Morzine is also very popular with snowboarders, with various European teams and pro-riders taking advantage of the demanding 'off piste' trails and bustling nightlife!

Heloise Aubry
"ROBBO's (Bar Robinson) Morzine, Portes du Soleil. Here's to you Mrs. Robinson, Morzine loves you more than you will know. Nothing but Mutzig on tap, an unspoken but strictly upheld seasonnaires-only policy, plenty of room for animated mischief and I'm pretty sure Mr Robinson used to be a spy. Cons: not a far stumble to the river. MUTZIG MADE ME DO IT!"
Dan Williams

Abby Brealey
