Grandvalira, Andorra

Grandvalira is the easternmost of multilingual Andorra's two major skiing areas (the other being Vallnord in western Andorra). It brings together six individual resorts, from Encamp in central Andorra to Pas de la Casa on the border with France, to form one mega-resort and offers the largest single skiing area in the Pyrenees with 193 kilometres of runs

Grandvalira is ideal for intermediates and experts, with loads of exciting and beautiful runs for the adventurous. Beginners won't be left behind, however: Grandvalira has seven excellent ski schools and 450 instructors! Its top-notch facilities all but eliminate queues and congestion at the bottoms of slopes as you head back up for yet another thrilling run through the white stuff.
