Hotel Manager

Some travel companies take over resort hotels for the entire season and employ their own Hotel Manager to take responsibility for management of the hotel staff team. Additional responsibilities will usually include stock ordering, stock control, health & safety, bar, restaurant, housekeeping and administrative functions.
