Champoluc, Italy

The Italian Resort of Champoluc is part of the Monterosa Ski Area with access to 64 individual pistes. In addition to the skiing in Champoluc itself (70km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Monterosa ski resorts of Antagnod, Brusson, Gressoney Saint Jean and Gressoney la Trinité.

The ski resort itself is above 1500m, so skiing or boarding back to the resort is usually possible. With pistes above 2500 metres, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.

Champoluc is able to augment natural snow, on 27km of ski runs, with 518 Snow Cannons. The 10 Ski Lifts of Champoluc are able to uplift 21,200 skiers and snowboarders per hour.
