This is a busy and varied role where no two days will be the same!

Often working under pressure, you will really put your customer service and language skills to use.

The Head of Customer Services is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive the highest levels of customer service at all times. As Head of Customer Services, the onus will be on you to ensure that all customer services staff extend the same high level of service to all guests at all times.

Duties include all aspects of guest relations, e.g. dealing with guests' requests, translation, airport duties, arrivals, overseeing welcome packs and hotel/resort information, health & safety procedures, customer services feedback, complaints.

It is also important that you build good relationships with locals in the resort and help to maintain a professional company image.

Requirements

Previous face to face customer services experience, professional with excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.

French, German or Italian essential.
