Do you have excellent customer service skills?
The Chalet - it's our guests' home from home. You'll make sure it feels that way, whether you are helping cook up a storm, or keeping things spick and span. You could be in charge of a smaller chalet, or working as part of a team in a bigger place.
You might be helping to whip up a delicious lasagne for supper, scrubbing away at the bathroom till its gleaming, or sharing a joke with your guests as you join them for dinner. Whatever you’re up to, you’ll do it with efficiency, and a smile. You’ll make the chalet really feel like home, and the warm welcome you provide will make all your guests want to come back next year.

You’ve worked providing customers with a great service before (ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment) and you give every task you take on plenty of elbow grease. You don’t mind working unsociable hours, and you put the customer’s needs first.
If you've got what it takes but need to brush up on your skills in the kitchen, you can sign up for our chalet cookery course, which will have you cooking to a high standard in no time – just ask for details at the assessment centre.
